Our seamless admissions process allows you to apply online, please submit a registration form to apply for your child's place at Wakefield Day Nursery. Once this has been submitted our team will contact you to confirm any details.

  1. Submit an online application below, this can be found below

  2. Return a signed copy of the Terms & Conditions document, this will be sent by a member of the nursery team

  3. Provide the nursery your child's original birth certificate so it can be verified by our management team

  4. Complete the registration payment and deposit online
